• Why am I not receiving my likes? Expand

Whilst AutomaticViral users rarely experience issues with their posts, when they occasionally do there are a few likely causes:

    • Make sure your Instagram account is set to “Public”
    • Log into your AutomaticViral dashboard and check if your “Send likes” toggle is set to “ON.” Please note that automated likes must be turned “ON” before you post on Instagram. If you turn automated likes “ON” after you have already posted, our system will not detect the post. You can still send likes manually to any post by purchasing additional credits in your dashboard.
    • You have reached your daily or monthly post limit. To find out what your post limit is log into your dashboard and check your limit within the left toolbar.

If you need additional assistance contact one of our customer success agents  support@automaticviral.com.

  • Will unused likes roll over to the next month? Expand

Unfortunately, no. The limits that are programmed into our system are based on a monthly subscription with no rollover.

The limit on your account resets on a monthly basis depending on your subscription billing date. For further details about your billing date please log into your AutomaticViral dashboard and click on your AutomaticViral username located in the top right hand corner and click on Account History from the dropdown. Here you will be able to see past transactions and your billing date.

  • How does "Delivery Speed" work? Expand

"Delivery Speed" allows you to spread out likes over time rather than getting them all at once. If you change delivery speed to something other than "Instant" your likes will be spread out evenly over the selected time.

For example, if you choose "30 min" with the 100 likes per picture package, your new posts will start receiving 3 to 4 likes every minute until it has 100 likes.

  • How fast will I receive my likes after I upload a picture or video? Expand

Once your image is uploaded, our system detects your new post usually within 30 seconds. You should start receiving likes within 5 minutes.

Through your dashboard we give you the flexibility to adjust the span of time in which likes will be delivered evenly until completion to your post:

    Instant, 30min, 1 hour, and 4 hours.

Our default setting is "Instant" but depending on your personal preference you can adjust the speed.

  • What are “credits” in the AutomaticViral dashboard? Expand

Credits are separate from your monthly subscription. Credits may be purchased on your dashboard and used to send extra likes or views to any post at any time.

Many of our users purchase credits to manually send additional likes or views to their posts to achieve their ideal like reception for each individual post. Credits give users more flexibility in their daily Instagram post management.

Please keep in mind that a minimum of 10 credits can be sent to each post at a time, attempting to apply less than 10 credits per post will fail. Also note that our system can only deliver credits/ likes to your 30 most recent posts, likes cannot be delivered to any uploads beyond this threshold.

  • How many posts can I upload per day? Expand

Your daily limit can be found on your AutomaticViral dashboard in the left toolbar. Depending on your subscription you may have a limit of 4 posts per day, 60 posts per month, or Unlimited. Keep in mind that deleted posts are also counted towards this daily or monthly limit.

Your limit automatically resets at midnight Eastern Standard Time everyday.

Keep in mind, you may continue to upload posts and use credits to send as many likes as you wish to any number of posts. Credits can be purchased on your dashboard and allow you to manually send likes or views to any of your posts.
